Studio Policies

Cancellations by the client of less than 48hrs will be charged at the full price.

In the event that a teacher should need to cancel a lesson, as much notice as possible will be given. The lesson will be rescheduled at a time convenient to both parties. If he/she is unable to deliver a period of lessons e.g. in the instance of illness or injury then we will ensure a suitable replacement teacher is found to cover this period until he/she is able to return to work.

There are no refunds for missed or unused lessons.

Students will be provided with a practice CD or an mp3 recording for each lesson, and are expected to practice with the most recent lesson daily.

Payments may be made by cash, cheque or advance online transfer. Make cheques payable to the relevant teacher.

We reserve the right to discontinue lessons with any student for any valid reason at our discretion.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Please do not come to your lesson with any contagious ailments.

Lesson fees are non-transferable.

Unless otherwise agreed between the client and teacher prepaid lessons must be taken within 12-months of the initial payment or the payment/balance will be forfeited.

Each series must be paid in full at the time of the first lesson in a series; otherwise the normal rates apply.

All studio policies, including the 48-hour cancellation policy apply to all students regardless of their payment plan (see “Studio Policies” above).

We agree to provide all clients with good/certified: vocal techniques, stylistic and stage performance development, to the highest standard. We agree to maintain an excellent, punctual and professional code of conduct whilst offering superb customer service. We in turn require our clients to respect our instructors time and return the same code of conduct.
